The experimental forum has been removed from Bugsworth Uncovered.
Online community spaces have become increasingly complex to organise, particularly with the requirements introduced by the UK Online Safety Act (formerly the Online Harms Bill). Fulfilling legal responsibilities and keeping the platform safe requires consistent, active moderation and we simply don’t have the time to moderate the forum to the standard required.
That said, the idea isn’t given up entirely.
If you are passionate about Bugsworth and would like to step up as a volunteer moderator for Bugsworth Uncovered, please drop an email (link on the top of page)! If we can assemble a dedicated team to manage moderation, we will gladly look into the technical implementation and bring a forum back.
